Everyone knows that driving at night is considerably different
than driving during the day. Objects are harder to see, drivers
must rely on artificial lighting, and factors such as fatigue and
alcohol consumption frequently play a role in motor vehicle
collisions. In addition, there are a number of other, less
commonly understood issues, which plaintiff's counsel should
consider. These issues may arise in cases involving night
time collisions where liability is at issue.
