Sunday, October 3rd was the date for the annual CIBC
Run for the Cure supporting the Canadian Breast Cancer
Foundation. For the second year in a row Lawyer, Suzanne
Stevenson of Martin & Hillyer organized a Martin & Hillyer
team to participate in the run. The 33 member team included
11 Martin & Hillyer employees, two breast cancers survivors and
many other friends and relatives.
The weather was cool and damp but spirits were elevated by the
presence of the survivors. Suzanne reminded her team that
there is "no reason to complain about a little rain and cooler
weather when you know what the survivors have been through."
Suzanne and the entire Martin & Hillyer team are proud to
announce their $4,400 contribution to the Canadian Breast Cancer
Foundation!
